Standard Service Call Monday – Saturday 8am – 7pm

Our ‘standard service call’ includes up to one hour’s labour. If we can’t fix the problem in that time we don’t make a charge and we will leave you with an estimate FREE OF CHARGE and without obligation. We will be happy to provide you with a free no obligation estimate for any works that can’t be completed within our one hour standard service call.

Whilst we are unable to offer you timed appointments, we try our best to accommodate your needs and will allocate you an appointment time for a morning or an afternoon visit

As you can imagine, working on a high roof in windy conditions may slow our engineers down and due to health and safety regulations our allocated appointment times may take a little longer than expected.

Our engineers will keep you informed as to their progress and will notify you of any problems should they arise.
